The New Finchloom SERVICE DESK
An announcement from our VP of Managed Services, Marc Ongaro - We think this is a great move to provide overall SERVICE to our clients. By the way, we use Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365 to provide our service.
We are re-branding the Finchloom Help Desk as the Finchloom Service Desk. Going forward, whenever referring to the Support department (internally and externally), it will be referred to as the "Service Desk".
This rebranding is part of a broadening of the scope of services provided by the Managed Services Team.
Here are some of the services we provide daily:

Level 2/3 Support
Office 365 Administration Escalation to Microsoft Premier
Network Troubleshooting Hardware Diagnostics
Identify sales opportunities in tickets
Route to appropriate sales resource
End User Training
