microsoft-secure-productive-enterpriseI want you to cut your IT costs, reduce the complexity of your IT Service delivery, and reduce the number of different vendor products you have in your organization.

When we talk to potential clients about cloud solutions, most of the time we encourage baby steps to ease into the cloud transition. Usually it means starting with email first and migrating that to the cloud, and then likely next is the Office suite of apps for PC and MAC to be installed on each user's computer.

What follows next could be a huge variety of other apps and services.

But each organization's digital transformation is incomplete without this combined package of products for end users to introduce the ultimate in security and productivity.

Microsoft Secure Productive Enterprise

Introducing the Microsoft Secure Productive Enterprise (or, SPE for short). The Secure Productive Enterprise is a concept of combining the three major subscription bundles from Finchloom and Microsoft to bring the ultimate in Productivity, Security, and Mobility to each user in your organization.

Windows 10 Enterprise E3 and E5

First, the SPE starts with Windows 10 Enterprise E3 and E5. This builds upon the stability and performance of a Windows 10 Pro machine, but upgrades it to now use the enterprise class security and management tools like Windows Hello, Credential Guard, Device Guard, and Defender Advanced Threat Protection. There has never been a more secure operating system from Microsoft. The other great thing is that since Windows is now delivered aaS ("as a service"), you are always getting the latest version just like you do with iOS on your Apple iPhone. This means that all your users would always be up to date and modern.

Office 365 E3 and E5

The second component of SPE is Office 365 E3 and E5. I would hope that you already know what Office 365 is, so I'll keep this part brief. The E3 and E5 bundles allow you to utilize all the features of Office 365 in the cloud including email (Exchange), document sharing and collaboration (OneDrive for Business), team sites and intranet (SharePoint), Web conferencing and telephone (Skype for Business), and of course the full Office suite installed on your PC, MAC, or Mobile Device. Simply the best productivity in one combined suite!

Enterprise Mobility & Security

And finally, the third component of SPE is Enterprise Mobility & Security E3 and E5. Enterprise Mobility and Security is all about managing the mobility of users and keeping your data safe.

It has Intune for Mobile Device Management, Azure AD Premium to protect your identities and extend them to cloud apps for SSO, Azure Information Protection to encrypt your email and files, and a way to detect and control all the Cloud Apps that your users are using but you aren't aware of.

It really truly is all you will need for your productivity and security platform to deliver to your end users. Think of all the extra costs and services you can eliminate by switching to the Secure Productive Enterprise!

Here are just a small sampling of the common costs and services that can be eliminated or replaced with this solution:

  • Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware Endpoint Protection (Symantec, McAfee, Sophos)
  • Anti-Spam and Advanced Email Protection (Barracuda, Proofpoint, Google Message Security)
  • Email Archiving (Enterprise Vault, PST files)
  • Cloud Storage (Dropbox, Box, Google Drive); Web Conferencing (WebEx, Zoom)
  • Team Communication (Slack, HipChat); Identity Management (Okta, OneLogin)
  • Mobile Device Management (Airwatch); IP Phone (8x8, RingCentral)
  • Office 2016 in browser and on PC, MAC, Mobile (Google Apps)

Best of all Finchloom can manage all your licenses for you and Manage, Teach, and Support your end users as they transform how they work and increase their Productivity and Security.
